Thank you for shopping at Ascend Collect. This Shipping Policy details the terms and conditions related to the shipping of your order.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During sales, new launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

 

Domestic Shipping (United Arab Emirates)

We offer the following shipping options within the UAE:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Cost: AED 30.00

    • Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days

  • Free Shipping:

    • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over AED 199.99.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will also be provided at checkout, but please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ascend Collect is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.).

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ascendcollect.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Damages and Lost Packages

Ascend Collect is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help resolve any issues.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ascendcollect.store. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include photos of the item's condition and the packaging in your email. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a solution, which may include assisting with the carrier's claim process.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Ascend Collect is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fees.
